The object of the Litoral Centro concession activity (Brisal) is the ongoing exploration of the A17 toll between Marinha Grande and Mira. Alongside with Atlântico Concession and with Costa de Prata Concession, Brisal incorporates the second connection corridor, on highway, between the cities of Lisbon and Porto.

The first leg to have entered the operation was the section of Marinha Grande/Louriçal, in June 2007, having taken place the full inauguration in May 2008, inaugurating the subsection Louriçal/Mira.
